Uneven is an architecture and interior design studio based in Vadodara, Gujarat, founded by Shourya Patel and Dexter Fernandes. The practice has worked across residential, commercial, and institutional projects for over two decades — quiet houses, ambitious commercial buildings, hospitality interiors — across Gujarat and India. The work returns, again and again, to two ideas: that form and function are not opposites, and that good architecture is the kind that outlasts its trends. The studio's name borrows from the Yin-Yang principle, and the projects tend to follow it: solid against void, light against weight, structure against detail. Recognized by AICA, IIID, and iGEN, and featured in leading architecture publications, Uneven's portfolio includes award-winning residences, commercial spaces, and interiors across India.
